摘　　要：Wnt 5a是Wnt家族中的重要成员之一,在肿瘤的发生过程中起到了重要的作用。研究显示,Wnt 5a在不同肿瘤中发挥的作用可能有所不同,其基因在一些肿瘤细胞中高表达,似乎具有癌基因的潜能;而在另一些肿瘤细胞中Wnt 5a基因低表达,可能发挥着抑癌基因的作用。Wnt 5a在肿瘤细胞中发挥作用的机制可能与激活Wntβ-catenin经典信号通路或Wnt Ca2+非经典信号通路有关。随着研究人员对Wnt 5a研究的不断深入,使得该基因逐渐成为了治疗癌症及判断预后的有效靶点。本文对Wnt5a在肿瘤发病机理中的研究进展综述如下。Wnt 5a is an important member of the Wnt family,played an important role in the process of tumor occurrence. Research shows that the role of Wnt 5a play in different tumors may be different,and the gene is highly expressed in some tumor cells,appear to have potential oncogene; while low Wnt 5a gene expression in some tumor cells,may play a tumor suppressor gene effect. Wnt 5a play a role in tumor cells may be associated with activation of Wnt /β- catenin signaling pathway or the classical non- classical Wnt /Ca2 ＋signaling pathway. As researchers study the deepening of Wnt 5a,making the gene gradually become the treatment of cancer and prognosis of valid targets.
