摘 要:目的了解护理人员压力源的产生,职业倦怠的程度,分析职业倦怠与工作能力的关系,为医院管理者制定干预策略提供依据。方法采用职业倦怠指数量表(MBI)和工作能力指数量表(WAI)对我院522名护士进行问卷调查。结果编制护士与合同制护士的职业倦怠之间差异有显著性,编制护士在消极怠慢及成就感方面的得分高于合同制护士。不同年资的护士存在不同的职业倦怠情况,低年资护士职业倦怠程度较高且工作能力较低。结论职业倦怠已经成为护士不可忽视的职业病。且已经影响到护士工作能力状态。可通过增进护士的成就感,调整职业倦怠程度因素及改善睡眠状态,可提高护士的工作能力状态。Objective To investigate the generation of nurses pressure source and the status of job burnout,analyze the relationship between the work ability and job burnout as to hospital administrators to provide the basis to develop intervention strategies. Methods Maslach Burnout Inventory( MBI) and Work Ability Index( WAI) were used to measure burnout and work ability of 522 nurses in a hospital. Results The results indicated that,there were remarkable differences between the nurses of permanent and temporary in the scores of MBI. The sores of DE and PA of the permanent nurse were higher than those of temporary nurses. However,different working lives of the nurses have different job burnout,the nurses who had less working lives had a higher job burnout and a lower work ability. Conclusion Job burnout has become a occupational disease of the nurses and that can't be ignored. Even so,status of work ability can be improved with enhancing personal resource and achievement,adjusting job burnout and improving the status of sleeping maladjustment.
