摘　　要：本文结合我国的基本国情和目前我国民营企业的发展现状,针对民营企业存在的融资现状、发展规模进行研究、分析。从企业自身、金融机构、政府三方面入手分析民营企业融资难的解决路径。Combined with the basic national conditions and present development status of private enterprises in China, this paper researches and analyzes the financial situation and the scale of private enterprises, and analyzes the solution for the financing difficulty of private enterprises from the enterprises, financial institutions and government.
