摘　　要：本文采用文献研究和问卷调查法,从理工科高校研究生群体的特点着手,分析了目前研究生党建工作的现状及存在问题,从队伍建设、平台建设、机制建设以及文化建设等几个方面提出了研究生党建工作创新的思路和对策。This paper uses literature research and questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation and problems of the Party building work of postgraduates from the characteristics of science and engineering postgraduates, and proposes the ideas and measures about the innovation of Party building work of postgraduates from the aspects of team building, platform construction, institutional construction and cultural construction.
