摘　　要：本文作者从英语语言能力与语言素质的形成出发,分析了高星级酒店员工英语语言素质的现状及相关要求,以佛山职业技术学院与酒店企业合作培训为实践案例进行探讨提出提升员工英语语言能力及素质的建议。Starting from the formation of English language ability and quality, this article analyzes the present situation and related requirements of the English language quality of high star hotel staff. Taking the cooperative training of Foshan Polytechnic and hotel enterprise for practice case, the suggestions to improve employees＂ English language ability and quality are put forward.
