摘　　要：病案作为处理医疗纠纷的书证地位越来越受到社会各界的关注。病案中户口地址准确、真实、客观记录是医务人员责任心、基本素质、职业风险意识的具体体现。是落实《病历书写基本规范》,既是对病人负责,也是对医务人员自己负责的基本保障,规范书写每份病历,强化对病案书写重要性的认识,是有效防范和杜绝医疗纠纷发生重要保证。Medical record status as documentary evidence dealing with medical disputes more and more get the attention of the society from all walks of life.Registered permanent residence address accurate,real and objective can reflects the staff the sense of responsibility,the basic quality,and professional risk consciousness.It implement the ＆quot;basic norms of medical records,＆quot; not only responsible for the patient,but also for basic medical personnel responsible for their own security.Strengthen the awareness of the importance of writing can effectively guard against and prevent the occurrence of medical malpractice.
