摘　　要：几年来大连市干部在线学习坚持问题导向,学理支撑,增强网络培训的针对性和实效性。在组织管理运行机制、网络远程教学教务管理、在线培训方式、课程资源规划建设、在线培训学科建设等方面不断探索,创新实践。Over the past several years, the orientation of problems and the support of scientific principles have been adhered to in the online cadre learning of Dalian City, hence the pertinence and effectiveness of online training have been strengthened. Con-tinuous exploration and innovative practice have been made in several aspects,such as management and operation mechanism, online distance teaching affairs management, online teaching mode, curriculum resources planning and construction, discipline construction of online training.
