摘　　要：一个专业目标的实现离不开四个基本要素,教师、学生、教学条件和管理。而二级学院的协作管理是有效实现专业目标的重要方面。为了有特色地发展专业,本文论述了在专业发展目标下,二级学院协作管理的意义、管理思想和管理方法,以期对二级学院的协作管理有所启发。A specialty target cannot be actualized without such four essential elements as teacher, student, teaching condition and management, while the collaborative management of sec-ondary colleges is an important part of effectively realizing spe-cialty targets. To develop a specialty with unique characteristics, this paper illuminates the meaning, thought and method of sec-ondary colleges＇ collaborative management under specialty de-velopment targets, hoping to inspire the collaborative manage-ment of secondary colleges.
