摘　　要：高校关工委在大学生思想教育工作中发挥了重要的作用,也为新形势下导学工作提供了新的思路和方法。高校关工委成员在思想政治、品行威望、阅历经验、专业视野、治学态度等方面,都具有独特的优势,可以在导学工作的管理、活动以及人格载体等方面作出不同形式的工作载体创新。Working Committee for the Care of the Next Genera-tion in universities plays an important role in the ideological and political education of university students, providing new ideas and methods for the learning guidance in the new situation. With unique advantages in ideological and political consciousness, moral conduct and prestige, experiences, professional perspec-tives, and academic philosophy, members of Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation in universities are able to make diverse forms of innovation for the management, activity and personality carrier of learning guidance.
