摘　　要：分析了基于教师工作室的校内实训基地建设的必要性;结合已有的软件工作室建设实践,介绍了教师工作室的建设状况,并详细地探讨了教师工作室的运行模式、运行机制及其建设效果。The necessity of the construction of school training base based on the teachers＇ studio is analyzed. Combined with the practice of the construction of software studio, the construc-tion condition of teachers＇ studio is introduced.Moreover,operat-ing mode, operating mechanism and construction effect on the teachers＇ studio are discussed in detail.
