原发性椎管内肿瘤的临床诊治体会

摘　　要：目的：对原发性椎管内肿瘤的临床诊治进行研究分析。方法从我院原发性椎管内肿瘤患者中选取22例，分析其临床特点和治疗效果。结果22例原发性椎管内肿瘤患者术后通过病理检查证实，6例为脊膜瘤，7例为神经纤维瘤，9例为神经鞘瘤。1例患者不全瘫， 1例患者 T12～ L3椎管内巨大神经鞘瘤，均经治疗后痊愈。结论显微外科技术和 MRI 检查方法效果显著，为手术治疗提供便利条件。Objective To research and analyze the experience of diagnosis and treatment of primary intraspinal tumor. Methods In our hospital primary intraspinal tumor of 22 cases were selected, analyze the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect. Results 22 cases of pathologically confirmed by primary intraspinal tumor patients after operation, 6 cases of meningioma, 7 cases of neurofibroma, 9 cases of neurilemmoma. 1 patients with incomplete paralysis, 1 cases of giant schwannoma were T12 - L3 in the spinal canal, and all recovered after treatment. Conclusion The effect of microsurgical technique and the MRI inspection method significantly, provide convenience for operation treatment.
