摘 要:采用数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,优化了汽车底盘零件典型代表之一的悬架臂的充液成形多工步工艺路线;为了提高成形效率和成形质量的一致性,采用一模多腔模具结构研究了模具布局对零件充液成形的影响。研究结果表明:相比于其他布局方式,充液成形模具布局采用两个C型模具对称分布时,既可改善零件模具受力状况,保证零件质量,又能提高生产效率,是一种合理的布局方式。The multi-step hydroforming process of trailing arm which is one of the typical automotive chassis parts was optimized by numerical simulation and experiments .In order to improve forming efficiency and quality consistency ,a multi-cavity mould was used and the influences of tool lay-out on hydroforming process were studied .It is a reasonable tool lay-out that hydroforming tool has symmetrical distribution with two “C” shapes compared to other ones .It can improve the stress condition of the tool and parts during hydroforming process and make the quality of the forming parts be guaranteed ,as well as enhance the production efficiency .
