摘　　要：医疗器械安全、有效运行是临床诊疗工作正常开展的必要条件。本文依据医疗器械不良事件监测与管理的实践,讲述了建立医疗器械风险评价体系的重要性和紧迫性。The safe and effective operation of medical devices is necessary for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper discusses the practices of the monitoring and management of medical devices adverse events in our hospital, and expounds that it is important and urgent to establish risk evaluation system for medical devices.
