摘　　要：目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐地区社区康复资源现状；分析现阶段城区社区卫生是否能够提供“六位一体服务”中真正意义的社区康复服务；了解康复医学继续教育在社区全科医疗工作中的必要性。方法对新疆乌鲁木齐地区部分社区卫生服务中心或社区卫生服务站点在岗人员的一般情况、专业背景、是否接受过康复培训以及对康复培训的需求、是否配备康复设施设备及使用程度等方面进行调查统计。结果乌鲁木齐地区部分社区卫生服务中心或社区卫生服务站点在岗人员共计136人，来自于护理专业的占53．68％，无康复专业毕业人员；本科以上学历24．26％；经过康复培训的人员占44．11％，其中仅3人接受过为期3～6个月的培训，占5％；希望今后接受康复培训的占97．79％，其中希望接受为期3个月的培训占24．81％，希望接受为期1个月的培训占24．06％，希望接受为期一周的培训占39．1％。结论乌鲁木齐地区社区卫生服务康复人员及设备设施紧缺，社区康复能力薄弱，需大力加强社区康复继续教育培训工作。Objective To explore the states of community-based rehabilitation, to analyze whether the present urban community health can provide a ＂six in one＂ in the true sense of community, to know the necessity of the rehabilitation continuing education in community health work. Method Questionnaire survey and site investigation were used to investigate resources and equipment of community-based rehabilitation, basic information and the continuing education needs of community rehabilitation personnel in part of the community health service center in Urumqi city. Result A total of 136 people were investigated, from the nursing professional accounted for 53.68%, no rehabilitation professional; had bachelor degree or above accounted for 24.26%; had rehabilitation training accounted for 44.11%, only 3 people received 3-6 months of training, accounted for 5%, hope the future rehabilitation training accounted for 97.79%, which hope to undergo a 3 month training accounted for 24.81%, hope to undergo a 1 month training accounted for 24.06%, hope to receive a week-long training accounted for 39.1%. Conclusion Community rehabilitation personnel and short supply, community rehabilitation ability is weak, It is education and training for Community rehabilitation personnel equipment of community-based rehabilitation is in important to improve the rehabilitation continuing in Urumqi City.
