摘　　要：目的 探讨Vasohibin-1蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学和Western blot法检测89例结直肠癌及癌旁组织中Vasohibin-1蛋白的表达,并分析其与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性.结果 结直肠癌组织中Vasohibin-1的表达比癌旁组织中的表达明显增高;结直肠癌组织中Vasohibin-1蛋白表达阳性率为83.15％,高表达率为46.07％.Vasohibin-1蛋白表达与结直肠癌TNM分期、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移及远处转移相关,而与患者年龄、性别、分化程度及大体类型无明显相关.Vasohibin-1蛋白高表达的结直肠癌患者预后明显较差.结论 Vasohibin-1高表达与肿瘤的浸润、转移及不良预后密切相关.Objective To explore the expression of Vasohibin-1 in colorectal carcinoma and the relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.Methods The expression of Vasohibin-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections with a total of 89 tissue specimens of colorectal cancer and corresponding paraneoplastic tissue.The correlation between clinicopathological parameters and the expression of Vasohibin-1 in colorectal carcinoma were also analyzed.Results Vasohibin-1 protein was expressed in 83.2% of colorectal cancer tissues.Vasohibin-1 expression was significantly higher in colorectal cancer tissues than the normal paraneoplastic tissues.Vasohibin-1 expression has significant positive correlation with pathological TNM stage,tumor stromal invasion,lymph node status and distant metastasis,but not with sex,age,tumor differentiation and gross types of the tumor.The patients with high Vasohibin-1 expression had significantly worse overall survival （OS） and progression-free survival （PFS） than those with low Vasohibin-1 expression.Conclusion The high expression of Vasohibin-1 has close relationship with advanced stage,local invasion,lymphatic metastases and distant metastases of colorectal carcinoma.
