摘  要:目的 建立实验用西藏小型猪冠状动脉(简称冠脉)支架植入及复查模型.方法 50枚冠脉支架植入到25头西藏小型猪冠脉内,并进行定量血管内造影及血管内超声检查,术后1、6个月复查,复查结束后进行支架血管段标本取材.结果 25头小型猪,在支架释放前室颤死亡1头,共植入48枚支架,植入成功率达96%.诱导麻醉起效时间迅速,平均为(4.5 ±1.5) min;术中氯胺酮、丙泊酚复合静脉麻醉,麻醉效果好,不良反应少.复查时可再次分离已结扎的股动脉进行血管介入检查,成功率为100%.结论 应用西藏小型猪作为心血管介入器械评价的动物模型具有良好的可实施性和可复制性.Objective To establish Tibet mini-pig' s coronary stent implantation and reexamination model for interventional device valuation.Methods By using femoral artery puncture method,50 stents were planted into coronary arteries of 25 Tibet mini-pigs.Once the stent was deployed,quantitative coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound examination were performed immediately and repeated on the end of the 1 st month and 6th month after stent implantation.Part of these pigs were sacrificed to obtain the arteries with stents for histologic analysis.Results Due to ventricular fibrillation,a pig died before stent implantation.The implantations of the rest mini-pigs were successful,with success rate of implantation up to 96%.The adoption of ketamine,midazolam and scopolamine for induced anesthesia had faster action and positive effect,about (4.5 ± 1.5) min; and the adoption of combined intravenous anesthesia of ketamine and propofol during operation had positive anesthetic effect with less adverse reactions.The ligated femoral artery could be separated again during reexamination so as to conduct angiography and ultrasonic examination.Conclusion The use of Tibet mini-pig as an animal model for evaluation of percutaneous coronary intervention apparatus is easy to be implemented and replicated.
