氧化苦参碱注射液抗家养犬心肌缺血药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨氧化苦参碱注射液抗家养犬心肌缺血药理作用。方法:将30只普通家养犬,通过冠脉部分栓塞,制成病理模型,随机分成3组,每组各10只,分别为阴性对照组、用药组、阳性对照组。在用电刺激仪刺激兴奋交感神经,诱发家养犬心肌缺血发作,然后分别给予阴性家养犬对照组生理盐水、用药组家养犬氧化苦参碱注射液,阳性对照组家养犬硝酸异山梨醇酯,用药后观察家养犬心肌缺血缓解程度(主要通过犬心电S-T段变化来确定),各组进行x2检验。结果:3组家养犬比较,阴性对照组、用药组、用药组阳性对照组。结论:氧化苦参碱对犬的心肌缺血发作有明显的治疗作用优于传统药硝酸酯类。Objective To study pharmacological action of Oxymatrine injection on myocardial ischemia for domestic dogs.Methods： 30 normal domestic dogs were used to make pathological models through coronary occlusion and then randomly divided intonegative control group, medication group and positive control group, with 10 dogs in each group. These dogs＇ sympathetic nerves wereexcited by electrical stimulation to generate myocardial ischemia, and then negative control group, medication group and positive con-trol group were given normal saline, Oxymatrine injection, and isosorbide dinitrate, respectively. The relief levels of the three groupswere observed （mainly determined by ECG S-T segment changes） and detected through chi-square test. Results： Compared with firstdivision b and c group,P〈0. 05, Conclusions： The effects of Oxymatrine on myocardial ischemia of the dogs are better than those oftraditional nitrates obviously.
