摘  要:在室内模拟粘虫的自然生长条件,采用载毒叶碟法饲喂4龄粘虫,测定不同浓度人参总皂苷对粘虫Mythimna separata体内保护酶(PPO,SOD,CAT,POD)活性的影响。人参总皂苷能够对粘虫体内保护酶活性的影响显著;经人参总皂苷处理后,4龄粘虫体内PPO活性先增加后降低趋于平衡,且在处理后48 h达最大值;且4龄粘虫体内SOD,CAT,POD原有的动态平衡状态被打乱,其体内O-·2产率加速。人参总皂苷影响粘虫体内保护酶活性,破坏了保护酶的原有平衡,使其遭受到外部环境及O-·2等自由基的伤害增大。Under indoors simulating natural growing condition,the 4th-instar Mythimna separata larvae were fed by using poison leaf disk method. The effect of total ginsenosides on the protective enzymes( PPO,T-SOD,CAT and POD) of M. separata larvae was studied. The total ginsenosides could influence the protective enzymes of 4th-instar M. separata larvae significantly. After treated by total ginsenosides,the PPO activities increased firstly then decreased,and tended to equilibrium,and reached the maximum after48 h. Furthermore,the total ginsenosides disturbed the dynamic balance of SOD,CAT and POD of M. separata larvae,and the yield of O·2^-speeded. The results suggest that the total ginsenosides influence the protective enzymes of 4th-instar M. separata larvae,and disturb the original dynamic balance of protective enzymes. Consequently the insect suffers from the harm of O·2^-.
