摘　　要：西方社会学家经过多年的努力,从不同的角度对社会冲突产生的根源进行了分析,形成了完整的理论。西方社会学家对社会冲突根源的分析有许多不可逾越的缺陷,但却给予了我们以下三方面有益的启示,即社会冲突客观存在,与社会经济制度无关;市场经济条件下利益冲突是常态;构建合理的制度机制是平衡利益冲突的最佳机制。After years of efforts,western sociologists analyze the causes of social conflicts from different perspectives and forme a complete theory. The western sociologists＇ analysis has many insurmountable flaws,but gives us the following three beneficial aspects,they are： social conflict exists objectively; it has nothing to do with the social and economic system; and under the condition of market economy,conflict of interest is the norm. Constructing the system of the reasonable mechanism is the best way to balance the conflict of interest.
