高职教育深层次多方位校企合作的探讨

摘　　要：本文分析了目前高等职业教育校企合作存在的困难以及校企合作开展的思路。以本校光电子技术专业为例,深入阐述了校企双方共建具备"学历教育+企业培训"双重功能的校内企业大学,校企双方深层次开展混编师资团队建设、"量体裁衣"订单培养、实战式顶岗实习以及培训教育服务等合作,逐步形成校企合作长效机制。The difficulty of cooperation between colleges and en-terprises of higher vocational education and the idea of coopera-tion between colleges and enterprises have been discussed in the article. Taking Optoelectronic Technology Major of our college as an example, colleges and enterprises＇ building of the enterprise university with the functions of education and enterprise training has been elaborated. The all-round cooperation of the construc-tion of mixed teacher team, tailored order training, the actual type practice and training services has been launched. A long-term mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enter-prises was gradually formed.
