探讨上消化道双原发癌20例的内窥镜检查及临床特点

摘　　要：目的探讨上消化道双原发癌的内窥镜检查及临床特点。方法回顾性分析20例上消化道双原发癌的内窥镜检查及临床资料。结果 20例上消化道双原发癌临床表现主要为咽部异物感、进行性吞咽困难、上腹部隐痛和闷胀不适等症状。结论食管中段、下段、胃窦处是上消化道双原发癌的主要发生部位,内窥镜检查需要认真注意观察。Objective To investigate the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and clinical characteristics of double primary lung cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and clinical data of double primary lung cancer. Results The clinical manifestations of 20 cases of upper gastrointestinal double primary lung cancer are mainly pharyngeal foreign body sensation,progressive dysphagia,upper abdomen ache and MenZhang discomfort and other symptoms;Conclusion Middle and lower esophagus,gastric antrum is the main location,double primary lung cancer of upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy to observe carefully.
