云南省县级中医院人才培养的现状与发展思考

摘　　要：云南省地处民族地区,有较丰富的中医药资源,但由于现代西方医学的迅猛发展,中医中药由于其理论的深奥和高水平临床医生的缺乏等原因,特别是县级中医院人才培养落后,大大影响了中医药的应用与发展。本文通过调研云南省县级中医院,分析县级中医院人才培养现状,提出县级中医药人才的培养目标必须要适应社会需求,体现多层次多种类的特点,适应县级医疗水平的需要,还要突出中医特色。Yunnan province is located in ethnic minority regions in China,it has rich resources of traditional Chinese medicine. But due to the rapid development of modern western medicine,theoretical depth of Chinese medicine,and the county hospital of Chinese medicine personnel training is backward, affected the traditional Chinese medicine lag behind deeply. Through the investigation of Yunnan County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, we advise , the training goal of the talents Chinese medicine,should match the needs of the society, adapt to the needs of the medical level, but also highlight the Chinese madicine characteristics.
