摘　　要：学术忠诚是指学术个体在学术活动中表现出来的忠实诚信态度及积极进取行为,具体表现为学术自觉、学术自由、学术自律、学术自省四个维度。学术自觉的表征是学术个体的价值追求,这是学术忠诚的价值尺度;学术自由的表征是学术个体的思想不受外界的任何干扰与束缚,这是学术忠诚的理想境界;学术自律的表征是学术个体对学术道德和规范的恪守和坚持,这是学术忠诚的内在契约;学术自省的表征是学术个体学术努力的持续性和坚持力,这是学术忠诚的行为保障与直接表现。四个维度体现了学术态度与学术行为、学术观念与学术价值、学术思维与学术努力的统一。Academic loyalty refers to the honest attitude and positive behavior that academic individual shows in academic activities.It is been showed through the following four specific dimensions：academic initiative,academic freedom,academic self-discipline and academic introspection.Academic initiative mainly refers to the value pursuit of academic individual,which is the value measure of academic loyalty;academic freedom refers that academic individual thought is undisturbed and unshackled,which is the realm of academic loyalty;academic self-discipline refers to academic individual＇s compliance of and persistence in academic ethics and norms,which is intrinsic contract of academic loyalty;academic introspection refers to persistence and perseverance of academic individual＇s academic endeavor,which is the behavior guarantee and direct expression of academic loyalty.These four dimensions are the unity of academic attitude and academic behavior,academic concept and academic value,academic thought and academic endeavor.
