摘  要:目的:探讨姜黄素对宫颈癌组织骨桥蛋白(OPN)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)家庭中的MMP-9表达的影响。方法:建立小鼠宫颈癌U14自发性转移模型,应用免疫组织化学方法检测宫颈癌中OPN及MMP-9的表达。结果:姜黄素组25只小鼠75个观察视野中OPN表达强阳性8例(10.67%)、中阳性21例(28.0%)、阳性27例(36.0%)、阴性19例(25.3%);姜黄素MMP-9表达强阳性7例(9.3%)、中阳性19例(25.3%)、阳性32例(42.7%)、阴性17例(22.7%)。姜黄素组OPN及MMP-9的阳性表达率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OPN及MMP-9在宫颈癌组织呈现高表达状况,姜黄素可调节降低OPN及MMP-9的表达,从而起到治疗作用。Objective: To explore the effect of curcumin on expressions of osteopontin (OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase - 9 (MMP -9) in cervical cancer. Methods: Mouse model of cervical cancer U14 spontaneous metastasis was established, immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of OPN and MMP -9 in cervical cancer. Results: Among 25 mice (75 field of view) in curcumin group, OPN expression was strong positive in 8 mice (10. 67% ), moderate positive in 21 mice (28.0%) , positive in 27 mice (36.0%) and negative in 19 mice (25.3%) ; MMP - 9 expression was strong positive in 7 mice (9. 3% ) , moderate positive in 19 mice (25.3%) , positive in 32 mice (42. 7% ) and negative in 17 mice (22. 7% ) . The positive expression rates of OPN and MMP -9 in curcurain group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The expression rates of OPN and MMP - 9 in cervical cancer are high, curcumin can regulate the expressions of OPN and MMP - 9, which plays a therapeutic role.
