摘　　要：卓越工程师教育培养计划是教育部着力实施的我国高等工程教育改革的重大措施,本文围绕工程教育理念,结合本校的客观实际,论述实施本科阶段卓越工程师教育培养计划三大主要问题:设计专门性人才培养方案、改革课程体系和教学内容、构建校企合作的卓越工程人才联合培养机制,以期培养出大批电子信息产业未来创新型工程人才。The excellent engineer education and cultivation pro-gram is a major measure implemented by Ministry of Education for higher engineering education reform in China. Revolving around the concept of engineering education, combined with the practical situation of our university, this paper elaborated three major issues of excellent engineer education and cultivation pro-gram at undergraduate stage：designing specific talent cultivation plans, reforming curriculum systems and teaching contents, and constructing a university-enterprise cooperative talent cultivation system, aiming to cultivate a large number of innovative engi-neering talents for the electronic information industry.
