摘 要:汽轮发电机不同负载运行条件下的气隙电势与合成磁势的关系是与空载特性之间存在明显差异的一个曲线族。这种差异主要是由磁路饱和与磁场畸变双因素非线性共同作用引起的。该文以有限元方法为工具,研究不同功角时计及双因素非线性的定子绕组电感系数随转子角变化的特点,并比较分析其与不计饱和值之间的差异。提出一种通过寻求随转子角变化的定子电感矩阵的特征值来获取同步电抗的方法,该方法不仅能考虑双因素非线性和转子的运动,还能充分考虑定子电感系数的特点。用该方法计算的同步电抗都比制造厂给出的参数要小。计算定子电流的实例研究表明,用计及双因素非线性的同步电抗的计算结果与直接采用有限元方法的计算结果更接近。The relationship between air-gap EMF and resultant MMF of turbine generators under different operating conditions is a series of curves which have the prominent difference from no-load characteristic. The difference is caused by interaction of two factors, i.e. iron saturation and magnetic field distortion nonlinearity. The features of stator inductances considering two factors varied with rotor angles are studied with the finite element method under different power angles. The difference between the calculated inductances and the unsaturated values is compared and analyzed. A method of calculating synchronous reactances is presented by solving characteristic values of stator inductances matrix value. The method can consider not only two factors and rotor movement but also features of the stator inductances. The calculated synchronous reactances are smaller than values given by factories. The case study of stator current calculation shows that the calculated results with synchronous reactances considering two factors are closer than the results using the finite element method.
