摘 要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取白芷精油,研究了其对亚硝酸钠的清除作用。提取试验结果表明白芷精油收率为0.52%;经气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)分析,共检测出48种成份,鉴定出38种成份,其中16种非萜类化合物,22种萜类化合物;提取所得精油的主要成份与文献报道成份有所差异,主要为环十二烃(38.705%),1-十五烯醇(16.781%),丁子香酚(11.559%);以提取所得的白芷精油对亚硝酸钠进行清除,试验结果表明白芷精油能明显清除亚硝酸钠,用量为0.3 m L时的最大清除率为82.58%。The essential oil of Angelica dahurica was extracted by steam distillation and its effects of scavenging sodium nitrite were studied in this paper. The essential oil of Angelica dahurica was extracted with 0.52% yield. A total of 48 constituents were detected and 38 constituents were identified, by GC/MS, which included 16 non- terpe- noid and 22 terpenoid. The most abundant constituents of the essential oil of Angelica dahurica were cyctododecane (38. 705 % ), 1 - pentadecanol ( 16.781% ) , eugenol ( 11. 559% ), which were different from another references. The study on scavenging capacity against sodium nitrite indicated that the essential oil of Angelica dahurica could scavenge most of the sodium nitrite, and the maximum scavenging rate was 82.58% at the dose of 0.3 mL.
