中西医结合治疗慢性葡萄膜炎疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价慢性葡萄膜炎患者行中西医结合疗法的疗效和复发情况。方法:以"中西医结合"、"慢性葡萄膜炎"、"integration of traditional and western medicine"、"chronic uveitis"为主题词使用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、Medline(1966年1月至2013年7月)、EMbase(1966至2013年)、Cochrane图书馆(2013年)等中、英文数据库,并用Google等搜索引擎在互联网上查找中西医结合治疗慢性葡萄膜炎相关文献。提取文献的相关原始数据,采用Meta分析方法,对国内已公开发表的7篇文献作分析,按中西医结合组与西医组进行统计。结果:中西医结合组对慢性葡萄膜炎有确切的疗效,同西医组比较,治疗有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性葡萄膜炎患者运用中西医结合疗法能达到较好效果,在减少复发方面优于单纯西医疗法。Objective： To systematicly review the effect of integrative traditional and western medicine treatment on chronic uveitis. Methods： ＂Integrative of traditional and western medicine＂ and ＂chronic uveitis＂ were used as the MeSH to search in CNKI, wanfang database, VIP, Medline（ 1966-01 to 2013-07） ,EMbase（ 1966 to 2013）, Cochrane Library and google search to obtain relative literatures. Data were extracted from those literatures and were analyzed for their efficiency. Results： A total of 7 studies were included based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a random effect model. The total effect of the value of the merger was calculated. The results of Meta- analysis showed the combination therapy of integration of traditional and western therapy had statistically difference on efficient rate （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and had statistically significant significant difference on recurrent rate （P 〈 0. 05 ） when compared to only western treatment. Conclusion： The integrative therapy is superior to single western medicine treatment on chronic uveitis, and the clinical application of integration of traditional and western medicine should be encouraged.
