摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在呼吸科开展临床药学服务的切入点,促进合理用药。方法:回顾典型案例,详细叙述、分析临床药师在呼吸科开展药学服务的内容,总结经验和体会。结果与结论:开展药学服务工作,对确保药物疗效、降低不良反应发生率、减少不合理用药等方面起着重要的作用。临床药师通过积极开展药学服务,可为患者的安全用药保驾护航。OBJECTIVE ：To study the key points for clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care in the department of respiratory diseases so as to promote rational use of drugs. METHODS ： The typical cases were reviewed and the contents of the pharmaceutical care carried out by clinical pharmacist in the department of respiratory diseases were expounded and analyzed, with the experiences summarized. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The pharmaceutical care plays an important role in ensuring the drug efficacy, reducing the incidence of ADR and reducing the possibility of irrational use of drugs. The pharmaceutical care carried out by clinical pharmacists serves as a guarantee for patients＇ safe and rational use of drugs.
