早期康复张口训练联合热敷预防放射性张口困难的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复张口训练联合热敷对放射治疗后张口困难的影响。方法将符合条件的鼻咽癌患者146例随机分为观察组（76）和对照组（70）,观察组自开始放疗则进行康复张口训练及热敷,持续1-2年,对照组进行一般锻炼,比较两组患者放疗结束后1年、2年张口困难的程度及发生率。结果观察组张口困难的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论早期康复张口训练及热敷能有效降低鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后张口困难的发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of mouth opening training combined with hot compress to preventing difficulty in opening mouth in early rehabilitation after radiotherapy. Methods 146 cases of nasopharyngeal darcinoma patients were randomly divided into the study group （66 cases） and control group （70 cases）. In the course of radiation therapy, patients in the study groupreceived rehabilitation opening training and hot compress, lasted for one to two years, but the patients in control group only had general exercise, compared the degree and occurrence rate of difficulty in opening mouth of both group. Results The occurrence rate of difficulty in opening mouth in study group was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Mouth opening training combined with hot compress in early rehabilitation could redound to reducing the occurrence rate of difficulty in opening mouth caused by radiation therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and improve the life quality of the patients.
