摘 要:目的探讨稀盐酸(3mol/L)消融在活体动物是否产生后遗效应。方法将15只健康大白兔随机分为3组,分别进行1、2、3ml稀盐酸消融;比较消融前、消融后1、2、4、8周各组间谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的差异。根据大白兔对消融的反应进行评分,比较得分值的差异。结果各组ALT、AST水平的差异有统计学意义;各组大白兔对稀盐酸注射后反应的得分的差异有统计学意义;而消融前及消融后4周、8周的差异无统计学意义。结论稀盐酸消融在本实验条件下不产生明显的后遗效应。Objective To explore the after-effect of dilute hydrochloric acid (3mol/L) ablating animal liver in vivo. Methods Fifteen healthy New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly. Different dosages (1,2,3ml) of dilute hydrochloric acid ablation were performed in larger lobe of rabbit liver under open condition. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were tested before and 1,2,4,8 weeks after ablation,respectively. The differences of ALT and AST are compared among the groups. The scores were based on the reaction of rabbits after ablation of dilute hydrochloric acid at different times. The scores of each group in the different periods were compared. Results The difference ALT and AST level of each group were all statistically significant. The scores of each group was statistically significant difference among different periods. But there were no statistically significant differences among before and 4,8 week after ablation. Conclusion Dilute hydrochloric acid abla-tion does not generate after-effect in our experimental condition.
