壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂杀(抑)菌效果的试验观察

摘　　要：目的观察壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂杀(抑)菌效果。方法采用抑菌环试验和GB15979-2002规定的载体杀菌试验方法,对该抗菌成膜喷剂体外的杀(抑)菌效果进行评价。结果该壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂为无色透明液体,其原液含壳聚糖约15 g/L。该喷剂原液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌环直径分别为16.88 mm、19.71 mm和10.26 mm。以该喷剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用20 min,平均杀菌率均达99.99%。结论该壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂对细菌繁殖体和致病酵母菌均具有较强的杀(抑)菌效果。Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of the chitosan antibacterial spray. Methods The bacterial inhibition ring test and germicidal test were used to investigate bacteriostatic effect of the chitosan antibacterial spray. Results The chitosan antibacterial spray was colorless transparent liquid, and the concentration of chitosan was about 15 g/L. The diameter of bacteriostasis circle of Chitosan antibacterial spray on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were 16.88 mm, 19.71 mm, 10.26 ram, respectively. The average killing rates of these three bacteria exposed to the chitosan antibacterial spray for 20min were 99.99%. Conclusion Chitosan antibacterial spray has strong bacterial effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and pathogenic yeasts.
