摘　　要：随着高校科技创新在国家创新体系建设中的地位和作用日益凸显,高校科技创新服务管理体系建设也成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。高校科技管理队伍是高校科技创新服务管理体系建设的主体,从管理学的视角,通过问卷调查和访谈,分析高校科研管理队伍的总体状况,找到其建设中存在的问题并提出相关的破解之策,这对于促进高校科技创新、提高高校管理水平、实现高校内涵式发展都具有重要的理论和现实意义。With the increasing of the position and roles of scientific and technological innovation in the construction of national innovation system in universities,its service management system construction has become an important subject. The science and technology management team is the main body in this construction. From the perspective of management,This paper finds the existing problems in the construction and provides the related solutions by analyzing the overall situation,which is theoretically and practically significant in promoting the science and technology innovation,improving the level of university management and implementing university intension-type development.
