山东地区汉族成人正常牙合Steiner分析法正常值的建立

摘　　要：目的：建立山东地区汉族成人正常牙合Steiner分析法的正常值。方法：随机选取山东地区汉族成人正常牙合100例，拍摄正中颌位X线头颅定位侧位片，在Steiner分析法的指导下，描图、定点、测量，得出Steiner分析法的数据。并将山东地区汉族成人正常牙合Steiner分析法的测量均值与北京、广东和哈尔滨地区同年龄组正常牙合Steiner分析法的测量均值进行比较。结果：①建立了山东地区汉族正常牙合成人Steiner分析法的正常值、标准差；②测量项目中，OP—SN（°）和SE（°）测量值男女间比较有统计学差异：③与北京、广东和哈尔滨地区同年龄组正常牙合Steiner分析法的测量均值进行比较，存在统计学差异。结论：山东地区汉族成人正常牙舍牙颌颅面结构有其地区、种族特点，不同人群应有各自的正常值。Objective To establish normal stand value in Shandong province by means of Steiner analysis. Methods 1130 eases of adults in Shandong province with normal occlusion were selected, standard lateral cranial X-ray films were taken and cephalomeyric Steiner analysis was performed. The results between sexes and different areas were compared by t-test. Results ①Cephalometric Steiner normal standard value and standard deviation were established.②There were difference in measurements of OP-SN（° ） SE（mm ） between male and female.③Difference is shown in some measurements with nomal occlusion between the people from Beijing, Guangdong and Harbin.Conclusion Cephalometrie Steiner normal standard values are different in the age, areas and nations.
