摘　　要：根据教育生态学的观点,高等教育系统作为社会生态系统的一个子系统,必然受到社会生态因子的影响。从教育生态平衡的角度衡量,来自社会的经济、政治、文化等因素与大学所形成的稳定、持久、相互制约与促进的关系为高等教育的发展提供了良好的宏观环境;学校内部良好的校园环境、和谐的师生关系作为微观环境更是促进了高等教育的创新和持续性发展。两者的协同作用共同促进了高等教育系统培养优秀的人才。According to the education ecology theory, the higher education system, as a sub- system of social - ecological systems, is inevitably influenced by social and ecological factors. Weighing and considering from the education ecology balance theory, the stable, endurable, mutu- al promotion and restraint relationship between social external economic, political, social and cul- tural factors and university provided a good macro - environment for higher education. On the other side, school internal campus environment and teacher - student relationship, functioned as a micro - environment, is promoting the innovation and continuous development of higher education.
