摘　　要：竞争情报,是关于竞争策略、竞争环境、竞争对手的信息和研究。发达国家中小企业的迅速崛起在很大程度上倚重于其有着健全完善的竞争情报系统,本文在分析总结世界发达国家竞争情报服务中小企业创新发展经验的同时,也对我国中小企业竞争情报服务的实际情况提出具有借鉴价值的建议。The competitive intelligence is the information and researches about competitive strategies, competitive environment and competitors. The rapid rise of middle and small-sized enterprises in developed countries largely relies on the sane and impeccable competitive intelligence system. This paper analyzes and summarizes the experience of innovative development of middle and small-sized enterprises by the competitive intelligence in developed countries, at the same time, it puts forward the valuable suggestions for the actual situation of competitive intelligence service of middle and small-sized enterprises in China.
