新疆小学体育教师科研能力现状及成因分析

摘　　要：体育科研能力是小学体育教师应具备的素质之一。加强小学体育教师科研能力,提高小学体育教师的科研业务素质,是实施小学体育科学化的基本途径,也是推动小学体育课程改革、提高小学素质教育的需要。文章采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计和访谈等方法,对新疆小学体育教师科研能力进行了调查与分析,并对存在的问题提出了对策和建议。This article analyzes the primary school P.E. teacher＇s scientific research capacity in Xinjiang by means of literature review, questionnaire, data analysis, and interview so as to offer solutions and suggestions. The result of the investigation shows that they have poor scientific research and academic communication environment and quite insufficient in their scientific research capacity.
