提高留置胃管一次成功率及引流有效性的改良方法

摘　　要：目的：探讨改良留置胃管法以解决临床上因操作不当或方法陈旧导致置管困难、反复多次置管以及异常置管等等给患者增加的痛苦。方法将需要进行留置胃管的90例患者随机分为两个组，一组应用传统的留置胃管的方法，另一组应用改良的留置胃管的方法，将两组的效果进行对比。结果应用改良的留置胃管的方法各项指标均优于传统留置胃管的方法。结论应用改良的留置胃管的方法使置胃管一次成功率大大提升了、保证引流的有效性，减轻了患者的痛苦。Objective to investigate the method of improved indwelling gastric tube to solve the problems brought more pain to patients and induced by clinical improper operation or outdated methods which lead to catheter placement difficult, repeated catheterization and abnormal tube and so on. Methods 90 cases were randomly divided to two groups, patients in one group were given traditional indwelling gastric tube method, and patients in the other group were given advanced indwelling gastric tube method. the effects of two groups were compared.Results the indicators of patients treated by advanced indwelling gastric tube method were all better than that of traditional indwelling gastric tube.Conclusion advanced indwelling gastric tube greatly enhanced successful rate of one time tube insertion and can ensure effective drainage and aslo reduce the pain of patients.
