摘  要:本试验旨在研究饮水中添加乳酸菌对母猪和哺乳仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及粪便微生物数量的影响。试验选择相同胎次、妊娠后期(81-85 d)的母猪40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。对照组及3个试验组母猪通过饮水每天每头分别饲喂0、200、250和300 m L乳酸菌液(活菌浓度≥1×10^9CFU/m L),试验期80 d;对照组及3个试验组哺乳仔猪通过饮水每天每头分别饲喂0、5、10和15 m L乳酸菌液,试验期7 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,250 m L乳酸菌液可极显著提高母猪断奶体况评分(P〈0.01),试验组母猪断奶后正常发情率和情期受胎率均为100.00%。2)试验组仔猪断奶重、平均日增重、仔猪皮毛发育状况评分较对照组均极显著提高(P〈0.01),其腹泻率均有降低趋势。3)与对照组相比,饲喂乳酸菌液显著增加母猪初乳免疫球蛋白G含量(P〈0.05),对乳蛋白、乳脂含量以及血清抗氧化指标也有提高趋势;300 m L乳酸菌液使母猪粪便中大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌数量显著减少(P〈0.05),而乳酸菌数量显著增多(P〈0.05)。试验证明,饲喂乳酸菌能够改善猪肠道微生态和健康状况,提高母猪的繁殖性能和哺乳仔猪的生长性能。This experiment was conducted to research the effects of dietary Lactobacillus on growth performance, serum biochemical indices and the number of fecal microorganisms of sows and suckling piglets through drinking. Forty late gestation (81 to 85 d) sows with the same parity were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 sows per group. The Lactobacillus liquid (live LactobaciUus concentration was ≥1×10^9 CFU/mL) was fed per pig per day for sows in experimental groups: 200, 250 and 300 mL, respectively, and the control group was 0 mL, and that for 4 groups of piglets were 5, 10, 15 and 0 mL, respectively. The durations of the test were 80 and 7 days, respectively. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with control group, the score of sow body condition at weaning in 250 mL group was significantly improved (P〈0.01). Both normal estrus and fecundation rates in experimental groups were 100.00%. 2 ) Compared with control group, the weight of piglets at weaning, average daily gain and score of piglet skin development condition in experimental groups were significantly improved (P〈0.01) ; diarrhea rate showed a decreased tendency. 3) Compared with control group, feeding Lactobacillus had a significant effect on the content of immunoglobulin G in colostrums (P〈0.05), moreover, the content of milk protein, milk fat and serum antioxidative indexes of the colostrums also had increased tendency. In the 300 mL group, the number of E. coli and Salmonella were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05), nevertheless, the number of Lactobacillus was significantly higher (P〈0.05). These results prove that feeding Lactobacillus can improve intestinal microorganisms and healthy conditions of pigs; moreover, it can improve reproduction performance of sows and growth performance of suckling piglets.
