摘　　要：纵观历史,世界发达国家在其发展过程中,既有符合时代特点与要求的自身因素和优势,也有学习借鉴他国经验的运用,走出了一条既符合时代要求又具有自身特色的道路。党的十八大以来,以习近平为代表的新一届领导集体结合当前中国发展现状和存在问题,提出了一系列治国理政的新观点、新理念和新思想,成为国家发展的重要指导思想。All the advanced countries in world history have both taken advantage of their owu conditions and learned from other countries in their development and growth. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, Chinese new-generation leaders representing Xi Jinping have made a series of addresses bringing forward a sequence of new ideas, new notions and new thoughts as for the govern- ance of China, which constitute the important guidelines for national development.
