摘 要:目的评价分阶段系统化教学法在人工肝治疗进修护士带教中的应用效果。方法将1 304名人工肝培训中心进修护士分为对照组682名和试验组622名,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用分阶段系统化护理教学法,制订每周学习内容和目标,采用"一对一"个体化教学。结果试验组进修护士理论和操作考试成绩及对带教老师的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论分阶段系统化教学专人带教,学习目标和内容清晰,有利于进修护士更快、更准确地掌握人工肝治疗的理论知识和技术操作。Objective To evaluate the effects of a phased systematic design of instruction in teaching of artificial liver treatment refresher nurses. Methods Totally, 1 304 refresher nurses in artificial liver center were divided into the control group (682 cases) and the experimental group (622 cases). The control group received traditional training methods ,while the experimental group received phased systematic design of instruction, the learning content and objec- tive every week were made and used one - to - one individualized teaching. Results Skills, theoretical knowledge and satisfaction of teachers in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The phased and systematic teaching model has clear learning objective and content,which is beneficial for refresher nurses to grasp theoretical knowledge and skills of artificial liver treatment quickly and accurately.
