摘　　要：目的 探讨根治性手术对胃癌患者外周血中CD4＋ CD25＋调节性T细胞（Treg细胞）的影响.方法 采用流式细胞术检测58例胃癌患者根治术前和术后7d及10名健康志愿者外周血CD4＋CD25＋ Treg细胞比例,对其进行比较.结果 健康对照者与胃癌患者术前外周血中CD4＋ CD25＋ Treg细胞比例分别为（1.1±0.4）％和（1.5±0.5）％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;胃癌患者术后CD4＋ CD25＋Treg细胞比例为（1.9±0.8）％,与术前相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 胃癌患者免疫功能较健康人低下,手术治疗可能导致免疫功能的进一步低下.Objective To investigate the efforts of CD4＋ CD25＋ regulatory T （Treg） cell adjustment of Treg cells proportion in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer before or after surgery.Methods The peripheral blood samples were collected from 10 healthy volunteers,58 gastric cancer patients 2 days before and 7 days after operation.The proportion of Treg cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.Results CD4＋ CD25＋ Treg cell in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer increased significantly compared with that of healthy control group （1.1±0.4） % / （1.5±0.5） % （P 〈 0.05）,and further increased after operation （1.5±0.55） % / （1.9±0.8） % （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The anti-tumor activity in gastric cancer patients is inhibited and surgery may be involved immune defection to decrease this effort.
