摘　　要：目的：探讨早期心理护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者不良情绪的影响。方法选取我院在2012年10月至2013年10月收治的148例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组，每组74例，对照组实施常规护理，干预组在实施常规护理的同时，予以早期心理护理干预，对比两组患者干预前后的心理状态及心功能变化。结果两组患者干预前的SAS及SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；干预组干预后的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；干预后，干预组的6MWT值显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；干预组在定期检查、合理运动、定时服药、合理饮食方面的依从性均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论对老年慢性心力衰竭患者实施早期心理护理干预，能有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，增强心功能，具有重要的应用推广价值。Objective To investigate the effects of early psychological care on bad mood of elderly patients with chronic heart fail -ure.Methods In our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 treated 148 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were ran-domly divided into two groups （n=74 cases）, the control group received usual care , the intervention group received the early psychological nursing intervention , the psychological state and cardiac function of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention , two groups of patients＇SAS and SDS scores were compared , the differences were not statistically significant , P〉0.05; After the intervention , SAS, SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group , P〈0.05;In the intervention group 6MWT was significantly higher , P〈0.05;in the intervention group regularly checked , reasonable exercise , regular medication , reasonable diet adher-ence were significantly better than those in the control group , P 〈0.05 , the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions Early in-tervention psychological care for the patients with chronic heart failure can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of anxiety , depression , enhance heart function .It has important application value .
