摘  要:过敏性结膜炎是眼科常见疾病,其发病机制包含Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型超敏反应,有多种细胞和分子参与病理损伤机制。细胞主要有肥大细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、T细胞,分子主要包括多种抗体、细胞因子、生物活性介质、共刺激分子、黏附分子等。本文主要讨论过敏性结膜炎发病的免疫学机制方面研究现状,对参与发病及病理损伤机制的各种细胞和分子在疾病发生、发展过程中所发挥的免疫功能做一概述。Allergic conjunctivitis is a common eye disease, its pathogenesis includes type Ⅰ and type Ⅳ hypersensi- tivity, and has a variety of ceils and molecules involved in the pathological mechanism of injury. Cells main includes mast cells, basophils, eosinophils, T cells. Molecules mainly includes a variety of antibodies, cytokines, bioactive medi- um, costimulatory molecules, adhesion molecules and so on. This article focuses on the immunological mechanisms re- search status of allergic conjunctivitis, summarizes the immune function involved in the pathogenesis and pathological damage mechanism of all kinds of cells and molecules in the disease occurrence and development.
