摘 要:目的探讨放疗、化疗、同步放化疗对恶性肿瘤患者T细胞亚群的影响。方法 65例恶性肿瘤患者中,有40例接受单纯化疗,有12例接受单纯放疗;有13例接受同步放化疗。治疗前后采用流式细胞技术检测患者外周血T细胞亚群情况,包括CD+3、CD+4、CD+8和CD+4/CD+8比值。结果单纯化疗组患者治疗后CD+3、CD+4、CD+8均下降,CD+4/CD+8比值升高,但均无统计学意义。单纯放疗组患者治疗后CD+3、CD+4、CD+8和CD+4/CD+8比值均降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同步放化疗组患者治疗后CD+3、CD+4和CD+4/CD+8比值均降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗、同步放化疗患者免疫功能显著下降。Objective To investigate the effect of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and chemoradiotherapy on T Cell Subsets of cancer patients.Methods 65 cancer patients,mainly include lung cancer,gynecology,digestive tract,Urology,Head and neck malignant neoplasms,were divided into three groups:group A,40 cases,accepted chemotherapy only;group B,12 cases,accepted radiotherapy only;group C,13 cases,accepted chemoradiotherapy.Detected T Cell Subsets using Flowing Cell technology before and after treatment,contained CD+3,CD+4,CD+8and CD+4/ CD+8.Results(1) Group A:CD+3,CD+4,CD+8and CD+4/ CD+8all decreased after treatment,but there were no statistical significance.(2) Group B:CD+3,CD+4,CD+8and CD+4/ CD+8all decreased after treatment,and there were statistical significance(P 〈0.05).(3) Group C:CD+3,CD+4and CD+4/ CD+8all decreased after treatment,and there were statistical significance(P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The immune function of patients accepted radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy descended significantly.
