摘　　要：文章拓展了Dunning的投资发展路径(IDP)框架,检验了人才流动这一被忽略的因素对中国对外直接投资的影响。研究结果表明:中国高技术人才的流动能够显著促进中国的对外直接投资。此外,中国的对外直接投资也受国内经济发展的驱动,并与出口表现为互补关系,但知识发展和外商直接投资并不是中国对外直接投资的重要影响因素。研究结论对政府的政策制定和企业的经营管理有所启示。This paper extends Dunning＇ s Investment Development Path to test the influence of talent flow on China＇ s outward foreign direct investment. The results show that the flow of high skilled Chinese people can significantly promote China＇ s OFDI. In addition, China＇ s OFDI is also affected by the domestic economic development, and is complementary to exports. However, knowledge development and IFDI are not important to China＇ s OFDI. These conclusions have several implications on policy making and management.
