摘  要:目的研究肉桂酸衍生物对A549、SGC7901细胞增殖和分化的影响。方法以肉桂酸和取代苄基为药效基团,经氧原子连接,利用Wittig、Williamson反应合成了5个具有苄氧基结构的肉桂酸衍生物,结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、MS和IR确认。所有化合物对A549、SGC7901两种细胞模型进行了体外抗肿瘤活性测试。结果化合物a、e能够抑制A549、SGC7901细胞增长,表现出较高的抗癌活性。结论化合物a、e具有潜在的抗癌。Objective To study the effect of cinnamic acid derivatives on cell proliferation and differentiation. Method Five cinnamic acid derivatives were synthesized with benzyloxy and cinnamic acid groups, all structures of these compounds were conformed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and IR. The anti -cancer activities of these compounds in vitro were tested preliminarily on A549 and SGC7901 cells. Result Compound a and e were the most active in suppressing the growth of both screened cancer cells. Conclusion The Mixture with a and e exhibited anti-cancer activity.
