试论地方本科院校图书馆员队伍专业发展的多元取向——以湖北工程学院为例

摘　　要：目前,地方本科院校图书馆员队伍在学历、职称、学科背景、专业能力等方面都存在很大差异,因而其专业发展应采取多元化的策略。根据湖北工程学院图书馆的实际情况,馆员的专业发展取向至少有5个方面——高级参考咨询员、高级计算机信息技术员、学科采访馆员、外事馆员及事务性馆员,以实现馆员专业发展的多元取向的模式。At present, there are very big differences in librarian teams of local college s and universities in aspects of education background, professional title, subject background, and professional ability, etc., so, their professional development should adopt diversification strategy. According to the practice of the library of Hubei Engineering University,the professional development orientation of the librarians has at least five aspects of the senior reference consultant, senior computer information technician, subject acquisition librarians, foreign affairs librarian and transactional librarian in order to realize the diversified orientation for librarian team＇s professional development.
