高校图书馆基层馆员的职业倦怠研究

摘　　要：高校图书馆工作中,基层馆员是图书馆服务的主要力量,但由于种种原因,基层馆员中存在职业倦怠现象。通过对高校图书馆基层馆员职业倦怠现象的研究,提出了矫正基层馆员职业倦怠现象的建议。In the work of university library, the librarians at the grass-roots level are the main force of the library service. Because of various reasons, there is the job burnout phenomenon among the librarians at the grass-roots level.Through studying the the job burnout phenomenon among the librarians at the grass-roots level, this paper puts forward some suggestions on correcting the job burnout phenomenon among the librarians at the grass-roots level.
