摘  要:在静水条件下,测定Cr6+和枸橼酸对斑马鱼的单一及联合毒性,并运用相加指数法对其联合毒性的类型进行评定。结果表明:Cr6+和枸橼酸对斑马鱼毒性表现为Cr6+中等毒性、枸橼酸低毒,96hLC50分别为66.73和126.12mg·L-1。Cr6+和枸橼酸联合毒性在毒性比为1∶1情况下,对斑马鱼的96hLC50分别为28.26和53.41mg·L-1,联合毒性结果为协同作用。结果提示在运用枸橼酸对Cr6+污染土壤进行淋洗时,应注意避免其协同作用对环境的影响。Single and joint toxicities of Cr^6+ and citric acid to Brachydanio rerio were measured by the static water test. The joint toxicity type of Cr^6+ and citric acid was assessed by the method of additional index (AI). The results of the single toxic tests indicated that Cr^6+ was middle toxicity and citric acid had low toxicity, the 96 h LC50 of Cr^6+ and citric acid to B. rerio were respectively 66.73 and 126.12 mg·L^-1. The results of joint toxic test showed that the LC50 of Cr^6+ and citric acid in 96 h (toxicity 1 : 1) to B. rerio were respectively 27.16 and 51.33 mg·L^-1. The joint toxicity of Cr^6+ and citric acid was synergistic. The avoidance of the influence of the synergistic effect to the environment should be con- sidered when washing soil polluted by Cr^6+ through citric acid.
